TSY 142M - Solid door kit & customised soft top fitting.
Completed November 2003.

Distinctive yellow doors have been fitted to this customers vehicle. The choice of colour was done to fit in with the existing vehicles two-tone colour scheme (yellow chassis, roll cage, stripes). It was also a practical choice as colour matching Blue gel coat doors to a vehicle that has been built and exposed to UV light for several years will of not been easy and a full re-spray would greatly add to the fitment costs.

New 'off the shelf' hinges had been sourced by the customer for this build and have proven to be very robust.
 

Another personal customisation on this build was a 'sun roof' option for the soft top. Internally velcro strips  have been fitted around the window aperture allowing a cover to be fitted for shade and reduced glare when night driving.
