I got a call from ITV out of the blue one morning, asking if they can borrow my Dakar 4x4. When I knew it was Anneka Rice for the 25th anniversary of the Anneka Rice bridge in Wadebridge, I could not refuse!!.
Here is my little story of the adventure….
First of all I had to find where Wadebridge was. It was some 200+ miles away in Cornwall. It was going to be the lead vehicle in the carnival that started in the park at around 6pm Saturday evening. So on the morning at 8:30 With the postcode of my destination and the sun was shining over head(little did I know that this would not last) I set off on my epic drive.
